TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

The data we process are as follows:

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the Data Controller’s contact addresses, as well as the completion and submission of forms available on the Controller’s website, entail the acquisition of your contact details necessary to provide a response, together with any personal data included in the communications.

Browsing data.
The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, both personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols and personal data collected following your explicit consent.

Personal data are processed by the Controller where one or more of the following conditions apply (Art. 6 GDPR):

  • consent of the data subject pursuant to Article 6(1) GDPR;

  • legitimate interest;

  • processing necessary for the prevention and suppression of fraud or unlawful activity;

  • compliance with legal obligations, regulations, EU legislation, or orders from an Authority (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Provision of data for the purpose of delivering requested services and information is necessary and therefore mandatory.
Provision of data for other purposes, and consent to their collection and processing, is optional.
The User may refuse consent and may withdraw previously given consent at any time.


METHODS OF PROCESSING

Personal data collected are processed in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency set out in Article 5 GDPR, including through the use of IT and telematic tools designed to store and manage such data, and in any event in a manner that ensures their security and protects the utmost confidentiality of the data subject.

CATEGORIES OF AUTHORISED PERSONS AND RECIPIENTS OF DATA

Data will be processed by employees and collaborators of the Controller in their capacity as authorised personnel and/or system administrators, by Public Security Authorities or other public bodies for defence, state security and crime prevention purposes. The updated list of external parties is available from the Controller.

Data will not be disclosed, except where required by law.

Data may be transferred to Third Countries recognised as providing adequate protection by the European Commission (Art. 45 Regulation EU 2016/679).


DATA RETENTION PERIOD

The Controller will process data for the time necessary to fulfil the above purposes:

  • Contact/information requests: up to 6 months from the last contact;

  • Contractual relationship: for the entire duration of the relationship and up to 10 years after termination;

  • Legitimate interest data: until the User objects;

  • Marketing: no longer than 2 years from collection;

  • Newsletter subscription: no longer than 1 year from subscription;

  • Cookies: as specified in the extended policy.


DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

As a data subject, you have the right to obtain from the Controller access to your personal data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, or to object (Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation). Requests may be sent to:
